Ley Sinde
El Congreso aprobará el martes en comisión la Ley de Economía Sostenible, que incluye la 'ley Sinde'. (El País) Esta propuesta de ley, conocida popularmente como ley Sinde, regula las descargas en Internet y permite el cierre de páginas web si así lo considera una comisión todavía por crear. En diciembre de 2009, generó un gran debate en blogs y propició la difusión de un manifiesto en su contra.

Mendax, alias Assange

Julian Assange começa por ser conhecido como hacker, no final dos anos 80, então sob o nome «Mendax». Mais tarde edita com Suelette Dreyfus a obra Underground: Tales of Hacking, Madness and Obsession on the Electronic Frontier (1997), onde descreve essas experiências, obra disponível online no site do Project Gutenberg Literary Archive Foundation.
